welcome to my soul

-grandpa's birthday lunch (both good and bad. good: got to see grandpa! he liked his "St kates grandpa" t-shirt very much. bad: it went really long, as always.)

-was supposed to go to renfest with Tom and Nathan after that. actually, was supposed to go Sunday, but apparently Nathan missed the "go on Sunday" bit, and thought Saturday instead. Meh. After much uncertainty, I got a call saying he was downstairs. I definitely wore my costume. Got downstairs, couldn't find their car. Turns out they went to my house in NB, not my dorm. Don't ask me why they did that. I'm at school, why would I be home? But whatev. We might go tomorrow instead. Or maybe it'll be a bust. This whole situation bummed me out.

-sat around and moped for a while

-Kate got off work. came over. watched The Little Mermaid. (This is the first time I have seen that movie in 10 years. I used to hate it. I rather liked it tonight! Still not as good as Aladdin or Beauty and the Beast, but its good.)

-after TLM, we watched Chocolat since Kate had never seen it. BEST MOVIE EVER. Sexy Irish Johnny Depp made everything better. -sigh- Has renewed my hopes to go to Ireland.

-now going to bed. may have to get up early for fest tomorrow. kind of hoping i just get to sleep in. either way, must do homework and finalize Ireland forms. and hopefully finish the Middleman fanfic I've been pecking at for the past few days.

Finished Veronica Mars season 2. Thoughts??



Visiting the grandparents tomorrow. Might go see Iron Man. Don't know yet. I DO know that I should probably sleeping right now.
